Delete Your Account

You can delete your FlatFlow account directly from the app at any time.

How to delete your account

Open FlatFlow and go to Settings

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account

Review what will be deleted and tap Continue

Enter your password to confirm

Your account will be permanently deleted

Before deleting

If you are a FlatFlow Plus subscriber, you must cancel your subscription first via your device's subscription settings — iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions / Android: Play Store → Subscriptions.

Remaining flatmates will be notified that you've left the household.

What gets permanently deleted

Your login credentials and Firebase account

Your profile — username, profile photo, colour

Your push notification data

What is retained

Shared household data — bills, rotas, nudges, shopping lists. This belongs to the household and removing it would affect your flatmates.

No longer have access to the app?

You can also request account deletion by emailing us. We'll verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
